Structure of the works

What the 300 requests consist of

An aggregated classification from the 2026 request database: disciplines on the left, distribution across the cities served on the right.

By discipline

  • Water supply and water treatment82
  • Grounds maintenance and upkeep46
  • Electrical systems and lighting38
  • Sewerage and drainage33
  • Routine and general construction repairs31
  • Procurement and utility supply28
  • Other operational requests25
  • Heating, DHW and heat substations17

By city served

  • Karaganda91
  • Zhezkazgan55
  • Kyzylorda52
  • Atyrau36
  • Aktobe26

The distribution is uneven: volume depends on the number and type of facilities in each region, not on how hard the crews work.

Representative cases

Six requests that show how we work

Each case sets out the original task, what was done and the outcome. The wording complies with confidentiality requirements: no client names, addresses or facility identifiers.

Electrical · Emergency restoration

Case 01. Emergency restoration of a cable line

City: Karaganda Completed: 12 March 2026

Task

The incoming feeder from the supply substation was disconnected after the overcurrent protection tripped. Fault location, line repair and confirmatory testing were required.

What was done

A cable fault-location laboratory was engaged, the break points were localized, cable joints were installed and final high-voltage testing was carried out.

Outcome

Power supply to the facility was restored, latent defects were eliminated, and the line was confirmed by testing and returned to normal service.

Routine repairs · Gates and grounds

Case 02. Repair of a sliding gate after wind damage

City: Atyrau Completed: 10 February 2026

Task

After a heavy wind load the sliding gate leaf shifted and the roller supports came out of the guide rail — access to the site was restricted.

What was done

The leaf geometry was restored, deformed elements and roller supports were replaced, and the gate travel was readjusted.

Outcome

The gate is fully operational again: rigid fixing and smooth travel have been brought back to normal.

Heating · DHW · Heat substations

Case 03. Eliminating a leak in a heat substation

City: Zhezkazgan Completed: 3 June 2026

Task

The heat substation had a continuous leak from the safety valve — even with the water heater switched off, with a constant loss of heat carrier.

What was done

The equipment was inspected, a jammed valve was identified, the scale was removed and the element was replaced.

Outcome

The system is sealed again and the heat substation equipment operates normally.

Routine repairs · General construction

Case 04. Floor repairs in technical rooms

City: Karaganda Completed: 8 May 2026

Task

Floor coverings had to be restored in the heat substation, a technical room and the goods receipt and unpacking area.

What was done

Grinding of the concrete base, pouring of a levelling layer, priming and application of a final wear-resistant coating.

Outcome

The floors are back in service, dust-sealed and protected against mechanical loads.

Engineering infrastructure · Electrical and water

Case 05. Service connection points for external units

City: Kyzylorda Completed: 20 May 2026

Task

Servicing the external condenser units on the roof required power and water supply for a high-pressure washer.

What was done

A sealed enclosure with a circuit breaker and a DIN-rail socket was installed; an HDPE Ø20 mm pipeline was laid with an adaptor and a drain for the winter period.

Outcome

Safe connection points for equipment servicing are now in place; the system has been tested and is ready for use.

Sewerage · Drainage · Sanitary services

Case 06. Liquid waste removal and drainage manhole cleaning

City: Zhezkazgan Completed: 12 February 2026

Task

To comply with sanitary regulations, liquid domestic waste had to be removed and the site's drainage components serviced.

What was done

Specialized vehicles were arranged, the liquid waste was pumped out, drainage manholes were cleaned and the system was returned to working order.

Outcome

Sanitary requirements are met and the drainage system is ready for further operation.
