1. Who processes the data

2. What data is processed

• the content of your enquiry.

The website does not request or process special categories of personal data.

3. Purpose of processing

The data is used solely to handle your enquiry: replying to the request, preparing a commercial proposal, agreeing service terms and concluding a contract.

4. Legal basis

Processing is carried out on the basis of the consent of the data subject, which you give by ticking the corresponding box in the enquiry form, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on personal data and its protection.

5. How the website works technically

The website is static and has no server side that receives or stores form data:

• the enquiry form composes an email in your own mail programme — you send the data directly to the company's address;
• the website does not use tracking cookies, hit counters or web analytics systems;
• no third-party scripts, fonts or content delivery networks are loaded: all files are served from the website's own domain;
• no advertising or visitor profiling is carried out.

6. Storage and disclosure

Enquiries received are stored in the company's corporate email and internal records. The data is not passed to third parties except in cases expressly provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The data is processed only to the extent necessary to reply to the enquiry and to perform contractual obligations.

7. Retention period and withdrawal of consent
