Safety. Intelligence. Service.

Bereke Life LLP repairs and operates the engineering infrastructure of facilities across Kazakhstan. Our expertise grew out of work with data centres — an environment where the cost of a mistake is measured in lost data, not in inconvenience.

Profile

What we do

We cover the entire operational scope of a facility — from the emergency restoration of engineering networks to the upkeep of the surrounding grounds. The client gets one accountable contractor instead of a patchwork of separate providers.

  • Emergency repair and restoration of engineering networks and equipment
  • Technical operation of facilities with complex technological infrastructure, including data centres
  • Routine repairs of premises, buildings and adjacent grounds
  • Organization of works including subcontractor visits, material supply and closure of requests with completion documents

Our foundation

Data centres in seven regions

We operate data centres in seven regions of the country. This is an environment where an engineering failure is unacceptable and every job is carried out to a procedure and documented. We carry those requirements over to every facility we take on.

Emergencies resolved within 24 hours

An emergency request does not wait for a scheduled visit: resources are mobilized, the crew travels to site and working order is restored within 24 hours of the request.

Continuous parameter monitoring

Power supply, climate and water supply are under constant observation. A deviation is a reason to act, not a reason to wait for equipment to fail.

Experience with critical equipment

Working next to live technological equipment demands discipline: approvals, clearances, a defined shutdown sequence and control over the consequences of every action.

Our reasoning

Scaling our expertise into the commercial property market

The engineering systems of an office building, a shopping centre or a hotel are built the same way as those in a data centre — the expectations placed on them have simply been lower. We propose raising that bar.

01

Technology

Transferring real-time parameter monitoring practices from data centres into civil buildings: offices, shopping centres, hotels.

02

Reliability

Uninterrupted engineering systems as a measurable outcome of the service, not as a promise in the contract.

03

Efficiency

Lower operating costs for the client through planned maintenance instead of repair after failure.

Why clients choose Bereke Life

Three things that matter to the client

Transparency

The client sees the status of works and the request history for each facility: what has been received, what is in progress, what has been closed and with which documents.

Savings

Regular maintenance instead of repair after failure extends equipment service life — by 30–40% on our estimate — and reduces emergency spending.

Safety

Compliance with fire and technical safety rules, clearance procedures and the facility's internal regulations is a condition of the work, not an aspiration.

Development

Where we are heading: from data centres to asset management

The company's strategic goal is to become a technical operations provider for commercial real estate with its own monitoring and rapid response centre. Below is the plan we are following.

  • Q3 2026

Audit of current capacity and launch of the commercial unit

Assessment of resources, staff and equipment; setting up the function that works with commercial clients.

  • Q2 2027

Pilot project at a commercial facility

Servicing a large hotel or office building with the procedures adopted in data centres carried over.

  • Q4 2027

    Active participation in tenders

Hotels, chain sites, shopping centres: systematic work with procurement and competitive procedures.

  • 2030

A portfolio of more than 20 facilities

The commercial operations line of business reaches operational break-even.

Monitoring centre

What we are building

We are developing a model in which an emergency does not start with a call from the client. Our lines of work:

  • Sensors on key nodes: ventilation, pumps, switchboards
  • Automatic request creation when parameters deviate
  • Our own mobile technical crews in the regions
  • A client portal with system status and request history
Status: some of these elements already operate at data centre facilities, others are being developed under the plan through to 2030. We do not present the plan as a live service — when discussing a contract we always state what is available today.
Resources

What we rely on

  • Engineering and installation personnel in the regions we cover
  • Proven subcontractors for special machinery and laboratory testing
  • Our own supply of materials and components
  • Licence for construction and installation works, category III
Ready to grow

Ready to take responsibility for your facility

We have the people, the established processes and a track record at facilities where downtime is unacceptable. Tell us about the task and we will discuss how to close it.
